
Here are my top 10 Good habits to follow consistently.
- Drink 2 to 3 Liters of water daily.
- Eat your greens.
- Avoid alcohol except for the occasional glass. What’s life without an occasional drink.
- Avoid smoking. If Covid has taught us anything, lets protect our lungs. Healthy lungs, healthy heart.
- Eat your protein at every meal. Collagen and muscles are not going to grow themselves. They deteriorate as we age.
- Sleep 7 to 8 hours daily. Your mind and your body will thank you and function better.
- Manage your stressors with yoga, meditation and daily breath work.
- Bring cardio and resistance training into your lifestyle. Before work. After work. On weekends, when kids sleep. During your travels. Make it part of your lifestyle for life.
- Be kind. Kindness goes a long way. If you have nothing nice to say, don’t say it at all.
- Be consistent with your habits and don’t forget to smile.
