You Are Your Habits

Here are my top 10 Good habits to follow consistently.

  1. Drink 2 to 3 Liters of water daily.
  2. Eat your greens.
  3. Avoid alcohol except for the occasional glass. What’s life without an occasional drink.
  4. Avoid smoking. If Covid has taught us anything, lets protect our lungs. Healthy lungs, healthy heart.
  5. Eat your protein at every meal. Collagen and muscles are not going to grow themselves. They deteriorate as we age.
  6. Sleep 7 to 8 hours daily. Your mind and your body will thank you and function better.
  7. Manage your stressors with yoga, meditation and daily breath work.
  8. Bring cardio and resistance training into your lifestyle. Before work. After work. On weekends, when kids sleep. During your travels. Make it part of your lifestyle for life.
  9. Be kind. Kindness goes a long way. If you have nothing nice to say, don’t say it at all.
  10. Be consistent with your habits and don’t forget to smile.
