Under an hour of Cardio and (HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training) focused. Co-choreography with my friends @flyyfitt Lebanon.

Have 1 liter of Water, no free weights needed for this class and Towel ready before jumping.

Heart rate monitor recommended whilst jumping.
